Chicken Nuggets


  • Loaf of bread: Two.
  • Milk: 1/2 Cup.
  • Minced Chicken Meat: 400 Grams.
  • Salt: 1/4 Tea Spoon
  • Black Pepper: 1/4 Tea Spoon.
  • Grated Cheese: 1/2 Cup.
  • All Purpose Flour: 1/2 Cup.
  • Eggs: Two
  • Breadcrumbs: 1/2 Cup

The 2 Week Diet


Take two loaf of bread and dip them into milk. In a bowl mix bread loaf with minced chicken, salt, black pepper and cheese. When all mixed make short nuggets and cover them with all purpose flour, eggs and breadcrumbs.

When all nuggets are prepared then freeze them for 30 minutes and then fry them in deep oil.

Enjoy your Chicken Nuggets.
