Chocolate Milkshake & Ganache Recipe


  • Cream: 1/2 Cup
  • Chocolate Chips: 1/2 Cup
  • Chilled Milk: 2 Cups
  • Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened): 2 Cups
  • Vanilla Ice Cream: 3 Scoops
  • Whipped Cream: 1/2 Cup

The 2 Week Diet


Take 1/2 cup of cream in a pan and lightly heat it. Pour this heated cream on chocolate chips, leave for 5 minutes and stir together until it forms a dark chocolate paste. This is your chocolate ganache.

Now in a blender/food processor add 2 cups of chilled milk, unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 table spoons of your make chocolate ganache and two scoops of vanilla ice cream. Blend all these ingredients together so it should make chocolaty juice.

Pour this chocolaty juice in a glass and decorate it by putting 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream and some whipped cream.
