Fried Chicken


  • Full Egg: One
  • Milk: 1 Cup
  • Salt: 1/4 Tea Spoon
  • All Purpose Flour: 1 Cup
  • Breadcrumbs: 2 Cups
  • Chili Powder: 1 Tea Spoon
  • Black Pepper: 1 Tea Spoon
  • Onion Powder: 1 Tea Spoon
  • Garlic Powder: 1 Tea Spoon
  • Chicken Wings: 10 – 12 Pieces

The 2 Week Diet


In a bowl mix one full egg, one cup milk and pinch of salt. In another bowl take all purpose flour, breadcrumbs, chili powder, black pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Mix all ingredients well together.

Then dip chicken wings into Egg+Milk mixture and coat it with powdered ingredients. Repeat this process and leave chicken wings coated for atleast one hour.

Fry ready chicken wings in deep oil and enjoy.
