Hot and Sour Soup Chicken Recipe

Step by step recipe on how to cook hot and sour chicken soup at home.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken (Boneless): 500 Grams
  • Carrot (Minced): 1 Cup
  • Cabbage (Minced): 1 Cup
  • Salt: 1 Tablespoon
  • Black Pepper: 1 Teaspoon
  • Soy Sauce: 2 Tablespoons
  • Vinegar: 1 Tablespoon
  • Chinese Salt: 1/2 (Half) Teaspoon
  • Corn Flour: 2 Tablespoons
  • Eggs: 2 Eggs
  • Vegetable Oil: 2 Tablespoons

The 2 Week Diet

Recipe:

Boil chicken in 500 ml of water, when boiled then add minced carrots and minced cabbage to this mixture. Stir well and add 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce, 1 tablespoon of Vinegar, half tablespoon of Chinese Salt and stir all these ingredients in heating pan.

Now take some water in a bowl and add 2 tablespoons of corn flour in it. Put some corn flour mixture in soup and add two beaten eggs in it. Stir well until soup gets thicken and finally add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in it.

Your hot and sour soup is ready.
