How to Make Chicken Wraps Recipe

How to make chicken wraps:

Step by step recipe on how to make delicious chicken wraps.


  • Flour Tortillas: 4 Large Pieces
  • Chicken Breast Fillets: 3 Pieces
  • Lettuce: 2 Pieces
  • Tomatoes: 8 Slices
  • Onion: 1/2 Onion cut into slices.
  • Breadcrumbs: 1/2 Cup
  • Black Pepper: As Per Taste
  • Yogurt (or any your favorite) Sauce: 1/2 Cup
  • Salt: As per taste

The 2 Week Diet


Prepare chicken fillets by seasoning them with Salt and Black Pepper on both sides. Then coat them in breadcrumbs evenly and fry in very less vegetable or olive oil. Cook both sides until it turns into light brown in color. When ready then slice cooked chicken into strips.

Now prepare your flour tortilla by applying yogurt or any sauce. Place lettuce leaves, sliced tomatoes, sliced onions, chicken pieces and cover them with remaining sauce.

Now just roll tortilla and lock it with toothpicks or any sticks. Your chicken wrap is ready to serve.
