How to make garlic bread:

Step by step recipe on how to make garlic bread at home.


  • Milk: 1 Cup (Warm)
  • Yeast: 1 Tablespoon
  • Sugar: 1 Tablespoon
  • All Purpose Flour: 1 Cup
  • Salt: 1/2 (Half) Teaspoon
  • Garlic (Crushed): 1 & Half Tablespoon
  • Butter: 1/2 (Half) Tablespoon
  • Grated Cheese: 1/4 Cup
  • Pizza Spice Mix: 2 Tablespoons
  • Chili Flakes: 1/2 Teaspoon

The 2 Week Diet


In a bowl take 1 cup of warm milk, add 1 tablespoon of yeast and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Mix these ingredients and let it rest for 15 minutes in a warm place.

Then add 1 cup of all purpose flour, half teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of crushed garlic. Mix all these ingredients by hand until it forms like a dough and later add half tablespoon of butter in it. Cover and leave for atleast 1 hour.

Then roll this dough on a flat surface and apply garlic butter, grated cheese and pizza spice mix. Fold dough and close the edges. On top season it with pizza spice mix, crushed garlic and red chili flakes.

Cut it into slices and bake in oven for 20 minutes at 180C degrees.

Your garlic bread is ready to serve. Enjoy!
