KFC Style Crispy Chicken Burger Recipe (Zinger Burger)

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Breast: 1 Piece
  • Soya Sauce: 1 Table Spoon
  • Salt: 1/2 Tea Spoon
  • Garlic Powder: 1/2 Tea Spoon
  • Red Chili Powder (Paprika): 1/4 Tea Spoon
  • Black Pepper Powder: 1/4 Tea Spoon
  • Mayonnaise: 3-4 Table Spoons
  • Sriracha Sauce (Chili Sauce): 1 Table Spoon
  • Ketchup: 1 Table Spoon
  • All Purpose Flour: 1 Cup
  • Corn Starch: 1/2 Cup
  • Egg: 1 Full Egg
  • Milk: 4 Table Spoons

The 2 Week Diet

Recipe:

Slice chicken breast in half making 2 pieces of it. Cover the chicken breast pieces and lightly hammer them to make thin layer.

In a bowl take soya sauce, salt, garlic powder, red chili powder, black pepper powder and mix these all together to form a red paste. Rub this red paste on chicken breast fully and leave it to marinate for 20-25 minutes.

In another bowl take mayonnaise, sriracha, ketchup and mix them all together to form a pinkish sauce.

In some tray add all purpose flour, corn starch, red chili powder, garlic powder, black pepper powder, salt and mix them altogether.

Now in a plate pour some milk and put an egg into it. Blend it together.

Now coat chicken breast with flour mixture and then dip into egg solution. Repeat this step.

Fry the coated chicken breast in deep oil and prepare your burger bun with mayonnaise paste, fried chicken breast, lettuce, little tomato and ketchup.

Your KFC style burger it all ready to serve.
