Mango and Chocolate Ice Creams

Ingredients:

  • Mango Ice Cream
    • Mango Cubes: 3 Cups
    • Condensed Milk: 2 Cups
    • Cream: 2 Cups
    • Yellow Food Color: 1 Tea Spoon (Optional)
  • Chocolate Ice Cream
    • Condensed Milk: 2 Cups
    • Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened): 1/2 Cup
    • Cream: 2 Cups

Mango Ice Cream Recipe:

Take 3 cups of mango cubes into a jar and blend them to make mango paste. Add condensed milk into this mango paste and stir so that both ingredients should mix with each other completely.

Take 2 cups of cream in another bowl and blend it so it should make a foamy paste. Add Milk+Mango mixture into this foamy cream and fold it gently until it forms a yellow like solution. You can add food color in it as well.

Now pour this final mixture into an air-tight jar and place in freezer for 6-8 hours.

Your delicious Mango Ice Cream is ready.

Serving:

4-5 Persons.

 

Chocolate Ice Cream Recipe:

Take condensed milk into a bowl and add cocoa powder into it. Mix it will until it form a thick chocolate paste.

Take 2 cups of cream in another bowl and blend it so it should make a foamy paste. Add chocolate paste mixture into this foamy cream and fold it gently until it forms a chocolaty brown solution. You can add chocolate chips in it to make more crunchier.

Now pour this final mixture into an air-tight jar and place in freezer for 6-8 hours.

Your delicious Chocolate Ice Cream is ready.

Serving:

4-5 Persons.
