McDonald’s Style French Fries Recipe


  • Potatoes: 2 Pieces
  • Corn Flour: 1/2 Cup
  • Salt: As per Taste

Peal both potatoes, cut into sticks and dip in cold water for atleast 2 hours. After 2 hours take out potatoes sticks, spread them on paper towel and pat dry.

Now fry these potato sticks in high heat oil just for 1 minute only. Take them out and again spread on paper towel so all oil should be removed. Let it cool down at room temperature and cover it with corn flour.

Remove any excess corn flour and freeze these potato sticks for about an hour in a plastic bag.

Take out bag from freezer and fry potato sticks on high temperate oil until they should turn light brown and crispy. Don’t put all potato sticks altogether, try to fry in batches.

Remove and place them on paper towel to soak any oil and your McDonald’s Style French Fries are ready.
