Perfect Weight Loss Recipe – Ginger Lemonade

Ingredients:

  • Ginger: 1 Medium Size (70 Grams Approx.)
  • Lemons: 4 Full Size Lemons
  • Water: 1 Liter
  • Maple Syrup: 1/3 Cup

The 2 Week Diet

Recipe:

Peel off ginger and cut it into small pieces. Add ginger pieces in blender/food processor and add lemon juice of 3 lemons. Blend these both ingredients together and add 1 liter of water and again blend it.

In a jar take 1 lemon’s slices, ice and 1/3 cup of maple juice. Now strain & pour your ginger/water mixture into this jar and shake well.

Your super easy ginger lemonade is ready. Serve it with some lemon pieces.
