Cooking spaghetti into cheese sauce recipe:
Step by step recipe on how to make spaghetti with cheese sauce. Perfect recipe for dinner or lunch.
- Spaghetti: 200 Grams
- Light Cream: 150 ml
- Garlic Cloves: 2 Pieces
- Hard Cheese: 200 Grams
- Parsley: 100 Grams
- Spaghetti Cooking Water: 100 ml (Half Glass)
- Salt and Black Pepper: As per taste
Boil 3-4 glasses of water in a pan and add handful of salt in it. Then, add spaghetti in this boiling water. After one minute then spaghetti becomes soften then stir with spoon and save half glass of its water.
Drain all remaining water and separate spaghetti from it.
Now in other fraying pan put some oil and fry Garlic Cloves in it. After 1 minute put light cream, a pinch of salt and chopped cheese.
Cook and stir all these mixture at low heat, when all mixed then add your prepared spaghetti & its saved water in it. Add Parsley with black pepper & keep cooking for another 1-2 minutes.
Your cheesy spaghetti is ready now.
