Super Easy Pizza Without OVEN


  • Chicken Boneless: 1/2 KG (500 Grams)
  • Lemon Juice: 1 Table Spoon
  • Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 Tea Spoon
  • Red Chili (Crushed): 2 Tea Spoon
  • Red Chili Powder: 1 + 1/2 Tea Spoon
  • Salt: 1 + 1/2 Tea Spoon
  • Coriander Powder: 1/2 Tea Spoon
  • Onion: 1 Medium Size
  • Garlic: 1 Table Spoon
  • Chopped Tomatoes: 2 Cups
  • Tomato Ketchup: 1 Cup
  • White Pepper: 1 Tea Spoon
  • Brown Sugar: 1 Tea Spoon
  • Soy Sauce: 1 Tea Spoon
  • Worcestershire Sauce: 1 Table Spoon
  • Dried Oregano: 1 Tea Spoon
  • Milk: 3/4 Cup
  • All Purpose Flour: 3+1/2 Cups
  • Sugar: 1 Tea Spoon
  • Dry Instant Yeast: 2 Tea Spoon
  • Butter: 2 Table Spoon
  • Egg: 1 Full Egg

The 2 Week Diet


1. Preparing Chicken:

Take boneless chicken in a bowl and add 1 table spoon of lemon juice, ginger garlic paste 1 tea spoon, red chili (crushed) 1 tea spoon, red chili powder 1/2 tea spoon, coriander powder 1/2 tea spoon and salt 1 tea spoon or as per taste.

Mix all these ingredients by hand and leave it to marinate for 15-20 minutes. After that, take 2 table spoons of oil in a frying pan and add this chicken material in it. Fry until chicken is ready and if you like then you can give it a coal smoke. Your chicken is ready for pizza.

2. Preparing Pizza Sauce: 

In a frying pan take 2 table spoons of oil and add 1 medium size chopped onion, 1 table spoon garlic, chopped tomatoes 2 cups and salt 2 tea spoons. Now cook this material until tomatoes gets soft.

Then in this mixture, add tomato ketchup 1 cup, white pepper 1 tea spoon, brown sugar 1 tea spoon, soy sauce 1 tea spoon, Worcestershire sauce 1 tea spoon, red chili powder 1/2 tea spoon, dried oregano 1 tea spoon and red chili crushed 1 tea spoon.

Cook all these ingredients until it should form a dark thick sauce.

3. Preparing Pizza Dough:

In a jar take 3/4 cup of warm milk and add 3/4 cup of warm water in it.

Then in a bowl take 3 & 1/2 cups of all purpose flour, salt 1 tea spoon, sugar 1 tea spoon and dry instant yeast 2 tea spoons. Mix all these ingredients and add 2 tea spoon of soft butter, 1 eggs and warm milk mixture.

Mix & knead all these ingredients by hand until it form dough shape. Then cover it and leave for atleast 2 hours until dough size is expanded to double.

After 2 hours take dough, kneed again and cut its piece for your pizza size.

The 2 Week Diet

4. Preparing Pizza Now:

In a pizza pan, evenly distribute dough you just created and paste the pizza sauce you made earlier. Then add cheddar cheese over it, your prepared boneless chicken, slices onions, some olives, mozzarella cheese, jalapenos, oregano and crushed red chili. Now leave it a side for 15 minute and prepare your cooking pan for pizza.

You need steam to cook/bake this pizza. For that you can pour 1 complete packet of salt in cooking pan and place some grill over it to place/hold pizza pan. Heat salt on flame for 15 minutes and place your pizza pan over the grill.

Cover the lid and let is cook on high flames for 10-15 minutes.

Your own homemade pizza is ready now. Enjoy!!!
