Tortilla Patata (Spanish Omelette) Recipe

How to make Tortilla Patata (Original Spanish Omelette):

Step by step recipe on how to make Tortilla Patata (Spanish Omelette).

Ingredients:

  • Onion: 1 Large Size
  • Potatoes: 3 Medium Sized
  • Eggs: 6 Full Eggs
  • Salt: As per taste

The 2 Week Diet

Recipe:

Peel onion and tomatoes and cut both into slices. Now deep fry these both ingredients into oil until potatoes gets soft and onion turns to light brown. Once fried, then filter its oil for further use.

In a separate bowl, take 6 eggs and add the cooked potatoes/onions in it. Mix well and cover with some plastic bag for atleast 20 minutes. After 20 minutes add pinch of salt and mix again.

Now put all this material in non-stick cooking pan, let is cook for a while and change its side with help of a plate. Cook other side as well and your original Tortilla Patata is ready.
