- Milk: 400 Ml
- Cream: 400 Grams
- Vanilla Essence: 1/2 Tea Spoon
- Egg Yolk: 4
- Powdered Sugar: 1/2 Cup
Pour milk, cream and vanilla essence in a heating pan and heat it till below boiling point. Remove it and continue to whisk till room temperature.
In a bowl take 4 egg yolks and powdered sugar. Blend it together so it should make light yellow color solution. Add your milk mixture in this light yellow solution and continue to whisk.
Once its all mixed together then strain it and heat it until it forms a thick custard like solution.
Let is cool down and place in some air tight container. Put it in freezer for 4 hours and again blend it. Repeat this step for about 3 times.
Now your super delicious vanilla ice cream is ready, enjoy.
